TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and its customers (the Buyers) when purchasing goods through the online store www.paintedpic.com. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.2. Formation of the Contract
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract. The purchase contract is formed once the Seller confirms the order. The Buyer will be notified by email once the order has been accepted. By submitting an order, the Buyer also acknowledges that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, and agrees to the terms of personal data processing set out on the Privacy Policy page.3. Payment Terms
The price of goods on the online store always includes all applicable taxes and fees. Available payment methods:- payment by credit or debit card, processed securely through our payment provider
- payment by bank transfer: bank transfer details will be displayed after placing the order and included in the order confirmation email
4. Delivery Terms
Shipping is currently provided free of charge worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. In-person collection is not available.5. Custom-Made Goods and Right of Return
Most paintings are hand-painted and made to order to the Buyer’s specifications. Before a custom piece is shipped, the Seller sends the Buyer a photo of the finished work for approval, and the Buyer may request reasonable revisions at this stage as part of the Seller’s usual process. Under Czech law, such made-to-order goods are exempt from the general 14-day right to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason, and once the Buyer has given final approval, the order can no longer be cancelled or returned solely because the Buyer has changed their mind. This does not affect the Buyer’s other statutory rights. Damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming artwork remains eligible for an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. See Section 6 (Claims) below and the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges page for full details.6. Claims
If a painting arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise not conforming to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@paintedpic.com. Please attach a photo, your order number and a short description. Please keep the painting and its packaging until the claim has been resolved. If the claim is justified, we offer a replacement, a repair, or a refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method, usually within 5 business days of the claim being approved. The Seller covers shipping costs related to a valid claim.7. Data Protection and Marketing Communications
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR. The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller may use the email address obtained during the order to send marketing communications about its own products and services similar to those purchased. The Buyer may object to receiving such communications at any time, either via the link included in each communication or by contacting the Seller at info@paintedpic.com. Further details on the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.8. Post-Purchase Review Requests
After your order has been marked as completed, PaintedPic may send you a one-time email inviting you to leave a review of your painting. This is a single, optional review request rather than a marketing or promotional message, and you are never obliged to respond. If you would prefer not to receive this message, you can let us know at info@paintedpic.com.9. Final Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are published at www.paintedpic.com/terms-and-conditions/ and form an integral part of the purchase contract.
