After you upload your photo, you'll choose your size and painting type, then complete your order and payment. We check your photo's quality, and once everything looks good, your painting goes to the artist. Before it ships, we send you the finished painting to approve.

Will I see the painting before it ships?

Yes. We photograph your finished painting and send it to you for approval before it ships, so you know exactly how it looks before it's on its way.

What if I want something changed?

Just let us know — our artists will revise a detail, color or expression based on your feedback, at no extra charge. There's no set limit on revisions before you approve the painting; the ship date may shift by a few days depending on how extensive the changes are.

Is the painting really hand-painted?

Yes — every painting is hand-painted on real canvas by a professional artist. It's not a print or a digital reproduction; it's an original painting created from your photo.

How long does it take?

Acrylic paintings ship in about 3–5 weeks and oil paintings in about 4–6 weeks, including delivery. These are estimates — timing can vary with complexity, artist workload and the revision process.

How does shipping work?

We carefully package every painting so it arrives safely. Standard worldwide shipping is free and included in the price — your painting is shipped rolled in a protective tube, with enough blank canvas around the edges for stretching later if you choose.

Can I order an oil painting?

Yes — every size is available in oil for a flat $50 upgrade over acrylic. Just select Oil as your painting type when you order.
